We will be taking pictures the week of June 14th-June 19th at the studio in full hair, make-up (if you desire for your child to wear make-up), tights, and costume. We have already taken pictures with the winter recital costumes, if you would like a retake, you may bring that costume as well. Below are the criteria for each class:

Monday, June 14th: 4:50 Hip-Hop: "Do You Remember?" High curly ponytail, bangs pulled back, hair piece on ponytail, flesh colored dance tights, ballet shoes or tan jazz shoes.

Monday, June 14th Jazz: 5:40 "Baby I'm a Star" You may wear your hair any way you like to accommodate your headband, flesh colored dance tights, ballet shoes or tan jazz shoes.

Tuesday, June 15th CL1 5:00 "Spoonful of Sugar" High curly ponytail, bangs pulled back, hair piece on ponytail, flesh colored dance tights, ballet shoes.

~ Tuition Reminder – ALL tuition, regardless of payment type, is due on the 1^st of the month. All payments received after the 1^st will be charged a $25 late fee.

~ July Recital – The July 17^th recital is quickly approaching. Please make sure your dancer is attending every class to practice the routine. More information about rehearsal/recital times and ticket sales will be provided shortly. COSTUMES- costumes should be arriving soon. Please try them on once you get them to ensure they fit prior to the recital.

~ Mother/Daughter Dance – For this recital we will be doing a mother/daughter dance. Rehearsals will be every Saturday from 12:30-1:15pm beginning on June12th. Mom/daughters must attend ALL practices to perform at the recital. Please let Melissa know if you are interested.

~ Stage Moms Needed – Two stage Moms are needed from each class. Sign Ups will begin in May with a mandatory informational meeting on Saturday July 10th at 1:15 pm. It is imperative we have 2 from each class. Each Stage Mom will receive a complimentary ticket. Thank you in advance!

~ Sundance Studio Merchandise is here! – Check out the merchandise in the lobby that is for sale. Please let Melissa if you would like to order a warm up.

~ Keep your eyes open for some new and exciting information about Sundance Studios!

PARENT REMINDERS:

~ Students should arrive to class 5 minutes prior to the start time in order to have shoes on and ready for class to begin. For Combo classes shoes must be kept in the studio as the shoe change can be quick with as little distraction as possible.

~ Parents are not allowed in the studio during class. This is a distraction for all students. To ensure the best dance education, please remain in the lobby area.

NON SUFFICENT FUNDS: Any non sufficient funds will add a $25 charge to your balance. Balances left unpaid will result in student withdrawal until account has been paid in full (in order for payments to be funded by the first of each month, transactions are subject to be pending 48 hours in advance).

MAKE-UP POLICY: If you plan to miss a class or you have an unexpected illness, you have 30 calendar days to make up your class. You must email your preference of make-up classes to Melissa (Melissa.sundancestudios@yahoo.com) in order to plan the date of your make-up. Make-up classes are a great way to try new genres of dance. So if your child wants to try something new, it is encouraged! Missed classes do not constitute a refund and cannot be added to result in a free or reduced tuition for future use.
