~STUDIO CLOSED – The studio will be closed April 26-30 for Spring Break.
~ New Classes! – A Level 1 Hip Hop/Pom/Gym Combo class has been added on Thursday 10:40-11:30 am and a Level 2 Jazz/Cheer/Gym Combo has been added on Saturday 11:40-12:30 pm. Sign up now!
~ First Competition – Our girls did great on April 3rd at "I Love Dance"!
~Summer Recital Costumes – New costumes for July recital have been ordered. If you want to order a costume from the January recital to participate in both dances those fees are due on April 15th. Please let either Melissa know.
~ Summer Production Number – The studio production number will be a ballet routine. Students will need a black leotard, a skirt will be provided.
~ Mother/Daughter Dance – For this recital we will be doing a mother/daughter dance. Please let Melissa know if you are interested. More info to come…
~ Trophies/Medals – We will be ordering trophies/medals for the summer recital. Trophies are $12 and Medals are $4.50. Please email Melissa if you would like to purchase one.
~ Sundance Studio Merchandise is here! - Warm Ups include pants and a jacket with the Sundance Studio logo on back. The cost will be $50. Also, parent jackets with logo can be ordered for $35. Tank tops are available in the lobby for $15. Coming soon – Sundance Studio bags. Please email Melissa (melissa.sundancestudios@yahoo.com) if you would like to order one.
PARENT REMINDERS:
Ä Students should arrive to class 5 minutes prior to the start time in order to have shoes on and ready for class to begin. For Combo classes shoes must be kept in the studio as the shoe change can be quick with as little distraction as possible.
Ä Parents are not allowed in the studio during class. This is a distraction for all students. To ensure the best dance education, please remain in the lobby area.
NON SUFFICENT FUNDS: Any non sufficient funds will add a $25 charge to your balance. Balances left unpaid will result in student withdrawal until account has been paid in full (in order for payments to be funded by the first of each month, transactions are subject to be pending 48 hours in advance).
MAKE-UP POLICY: If you plan to miss a class or you have an unexpected illness, you have 30 calendar days to make up your class. You must email your preference of make-up classes to Melissa (Melissa.sundancestudios@yahoo.com) in order to plan the date of your make-up. Make-up classes are a great way to try new genres of dance. So if your child wants to try something new, it is encouraged! Missed classes do not constitute a refund and cannot be added to result in a free or reduced tuition for future use.
