Holiday Recital - Nov 9th 2012

As I mentioned we have lots of exciting things happening this
year...here is the first one. We are doing a Holiday Recital on Fri
Nov 9th!

This is earlier than we have normally been having the recital,
therefore we have a few changes to the costume schedule.

Costumes fees will be deducted from the card on file on SEPT 1st. (See
fees below)

If your dancer will not be participating you will need to email
sundanceacctgdept@yahoo.com no later than Sat Aug 25th. Once the fees
are pulled and costumes ordered there will be no refunds.

We will not be accepting any late orders. Once the order has been
placed we will not be able to add to it.

There will be a $30 recital fee. This fee will cover the facility and
a DVD of the recital.

Costume Fees:
XSC, SC, IC, MC - $65 per costume
LC, XLC, SA - $74 per costume
Hip Hop Costumes - $85
Folklorico - SC, MC $200 LC & up $245

Recital dates have been chosen for the 2012-2013 Dance Season. Both recitals will be at the Tempe Performing Arts Center.

Holiday Recital: Friday, November 9, 2012 @ 6:00pm

Trophies/Medals & Folklorico Dresses are in!

We have just received the trophies and medals as well as the
folklorico dresses. Please feel free to stop by the studio during
business hours to pick them up.

If you placed an order for shoes or tights for the recital they are
in. Please stop by the studio during business hours starting on Weds
to pick them up.

As soon as the trophies and medal or costumes are in we will post it.

Ready for recital?

The 2012 Summer Recital is only 6 days away! Are you ready?? Review the checklist below to help get organized...

RECITAL CHECKLIST

• Costumes - They should be hung on a hanger and labeled. We suggest white medical tape with the dancers full name on the inside of the costume. Remembber all the girls have the same costumes so do the stage helpers (and yourself) a favor and label everything!
• Accessories - Each costume came with accessories. We suggest putting them all in a zip lock baggie and hanging it on the hanger with the matching costume.

• Hair - All dancers need to wear their hair in a low bun. The hair should be slicked back.

• Tights - Always a good idea to pack an extra pair.
• Shoes - Tap, Ballet, Jazz, White Tennis Shoes...bring them all. And don't forget to label them...
• Snacks - For both the rehearsal and recital. The dancers get hunger, send snacks so they don't have to watch their friends munch away. Goldfish or animal crackers are good and so is bottled water. Nothing that will mess up the costumes please.
• Tickets - Have you ordered your tickets? Everyone that will be sitting in the auditorium will need a ticket.
• Most important thing...LABEL EVERYTHING! 

And remember...only stage helpers are allowed backstage. If you are not on the list you will not be allowed backstage. All stage helpers have been sent information. If you did not recieve the email you are not listed as a stage helper and will not be allowed backstage.
